Angelia has over 20 years of professional experience in Nonprofit and Business Leadership, Angelia O’Neal is a Transformational Leader.  Ms. O’Neal is Founder/CEO of the nonprofit, M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc. (Making Employment the Next Step). 

The mission of M.E.N.S Wear, Inc. is to Empower Males, Strengthen Families and re-invent the positive professional male image.  Since 2004, the agency has provided workforce development services and training to 1200+ young adult males throughout metro Atlanta. 

Between 2015 - 2016, Ms. O’Neal was featured on WSB TV2 “People2People”, CBS46 TV “Public Affairs on Peach”, “Positively Georgia” and Urban LUX magazine. In addition, she received the National George H.W. Bush Points of Light Award. Currently, she writing a chapter as a co-author for a national book, “Working with African American Fathers: Strategies and Lessons”.

Ms. O’Neal is the Principal Consultant of O’Neal Enterprises, LLC., providing Nonprofit & For-Profit Start-Ups  with proper Formation, Organizational Structure, and Governance.  Ms. O’Neal is also owner of a newly opened incubator bakery, Everything Chocolate Gourmet Bakery, Inc. in Villa Rica, GA. 

As an experienced radio talk show host, her show “The Real Deal with Angelia O’Neal” has broadcasted live for four (4) years from WAEC Love 860AM Atlanta’s Inspirational Talk and aired internationally.  Currently she is on staff at Georgia State University College of Law in the Center for Law, Health & Society.

 Ms. O’Neal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing from Eastern Michigan University, a Master’s Degree in Acquisition & Contract Management from Strayer University.  Ms. O’Neal is an Ordained Minister and mother of two.  Ms. O’Neal’s passion is empowering people to succeed.  She enjoys studying and teaching God’s Word, music, cooking, travelling baking and the Arts.

Board Chair & Interim Secretary - A superb leader in Community and Housing Development, Ms. Wofford has over 25 Years of professional experience in Local, State and Federal Housing programs.


She is an experienced Fundraising with an emphasis on Grant Writing and Project Management. Ms. Wofford has experience in Research, Nonprofit Leadership, Public Policy and Governance.


I am passionate and dedicated with a proven track record for contributions to ending Homelessness.  Her Undergraduate Studies at Georgia State University Andrew Young School of Public Policy   Major: Non Profit Management & Leadership, Founding Member - GSU Non Profit Leadership Alliance. 


Assisted numerous community groups with establishment of nonprofit organizations, civic associations and public private partnerships.   Ms. Wofford identifies opportunities and developed partnerships to implement sustainable community programs. 


Experienced Development and Wealth Research Professional, successful proposal writer.  Former Grant Reviewer.  Experienced with funding databases including Salesforce, IATS, Razoo, Network for Good, Wealth Engine, Gift Track, Blackbaud, Raisers Edge, Target Analysis and Salesforce. 


Founded and led Community and Housing Initiatives Corporation for several years, successfully impacted lives and communities in Georgia.
